Four County Transit’s Veteran Transportation service provides medical trips for veterans to the Salem VA Medical Hospital and to the James H. Quillen VA Medical Center in Mountain Home (Johnson City), TN. To book a trip, please call (276) 963 - 1486 at least one week in advance of your planned departure, by Wednesday at 12pm.
